By accessing or using Desk Vibe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the images and content you upload. By uploading an image, you grant Desk Vibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and analyze the image as part of the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.
3. Content Moderation
We use automated systems to detect and reject inappropriate content, including but not limited to NSFW, violent, or illegal imagery. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI analysis system.
5. Right to Remove Content
We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content, analysis results, or user accounts at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.
6. Data Retention
Uploaded images and analysis data may be retained for the purpose of providing the Service, including leaderboard and timeline features. We may delete data at our discretion.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis or scores.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desk Vibe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
